Kwala Intel Platform AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Effective Date: 5th August 2026
1. Purpose of This Disclosure
1.1 This AI-Generated Content Disclosure ("Disclosure") explains, in plain language, how artificial intelligence is used on the Kwala Intel Platform ("Platform"), what its known limitations are, and how you should treat the content it produces. It is intended to be read before you rely on any signal, analysis, or response generated by the Platform.
1.2 This Disclosure supplements, and does not replace, the disclaimers set out in the General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. What Is AI-Generated on This Platform
2.1 The following features of the Platform are produced, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence and automated data processing:
- Live Intel Feed signal cards, including directional stance indicators (such as "Bullish," "Bearish," or "Neutral" labels), thesis summaries, and invalidation criteria;
- Asset Telemetry Engine outputs, including automated technical indicator readings and transparency risk flags;
- Sector and Category Intelligence summaries and trend classifications;
- Portfolio Analysis generated from any self-custodial wallet you choose to connect to the Platform; and
- responses generated through the AI Research Chat interface.
2.2 All of the above are collectively referred to as "AI-Generated Content" in this Disclosure and in the General Terms and Conditions.
3. How AI-Generated Content Is Produced
3.1 AI-Generated Content is produced using large language models and automated analytical systems that process publicly available market data, on-chain data, technical indicators, and news feeds. These models identify patterns in the data provided to them and generate structured or conversational output based on those patterns.
3.2 AI-Generated Content is not reviewed, verified, or approved by a human analyst before it is shown to you, except where the Platform expressly states otherwise for a specific feature. The Platform does not currently employ retrieval-based citation-locking for all outputs, meaning that some AI-Generated Content may be produced without a directly verifiable source document.
4. Known Limitations
4.1 Hallucination and Fabricated Information. Like all large language models, the AI systems underlying the Platform can produce statements that are factually incorrect, outdated, or entirely fabricated, while presenting them in a confident and authoritative tone. This is a known and unresolved limitation of current AI technology, and it is not unique to the Platform. You should independently verify any factual claim, price figure, or data point before relying on it.
4.2 No Guarantee of Real-Time Accuracy. Market conditions change continuously. AI-Generated Content reflects data available to the Platform at the time of generation and may not reflect the most current market state by the time you view it.
4.3 Dependence on Third-Party Data. The accuracy of AI-Generated Content is only as reliable as the underlying third-party data feeds the Platform aggregates. Errors, delays, or gaps in third-party data will be reflected in the Platform's output.
4.4 Pattern Recognition, Not Prediction. Directional indicators, technical readings, and portfolio observations are outputs of statistical pattern recognition applied to historical and current data. They are not predictions of future price movement and carry no assurance of accuracy.
4.5 No Independent Judgment or Intent. AI-Generated Content does not reflect a considered opinion, professional judgment, or intent on the part of the Company or any individual. It is the mechanical output of a statistical model.
5. How You Should Use AI-Generated Content
5.1 Treat every output from the Platform as a starting point for your own research, not as a conclusion. Specifically, you should:
- independently verify any factual, numerical, or price-related claim through a primary or authoritative source before relying on it;
- treat directional labels and portfolio observations as one analytical input among many, not as a recommendation or instruction;
- recognise that the absence of an error or contradiction in the output does not mean the content is accurate; and
- consult a qualified, licensed financial, legal, or tax adviser before making any decision relating to digital assets.
5.2 If you identify AI-Generated Content that appears clearly incorrect, fabricated, or misleading, you may report it to [email protected]. The Company reviews such reports to improve the Platform but does not guarantee correction of any specific output.
6. Relationship to the General Terms and Conditions
6.1 The disclaimers, limitation of liability, and risk disclosures set out in Clauses 8, 9, and 12 of the General Terms and Conditions apply in full to all AI-Generated Content described in this Disclosure. This document is intended to make those limitations clear and accessible; it does not create any additional right, warranty, or obligation beyond what is set out in the General Terms and Conditions.
7. Updates to This Disclosure
7.1 As the Platform's AI systems, data sources, or features change, this Disclosure will be updated to reflect current capabilities and limitations. The Company will post the updated Disclosure on the Platform with a revised effective date.
