Kwala Intel AI-Generated Content Disclosure (India)

1. This Disclosure

1.1 This AI-Generated Content Disclosure (“Disclosure”) forms part of the Agreement together with the General Terms and Conditions, which prevail in the event of any conflict. Capitalised terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the General Terms and Conditions. “AI-Generated Content” has the meaning given in the General Terms and Conditions: in substance, the answers generated through AI Research Chat in response to your query, and the translation of Platform Content into the language you have selected. All other Platform Content, including the Data Feed, Market Telemetry and Sector Intelligence, is public information and exchange-licensed data, presented or mechanically computed by automated processes, and is not an opinion or view formed by the Company, but remains subject to the limitations in Clause 2 below.

1.2 Platform Content is produced under a documented, reviewed process. The Company designs, reviews and validates the automated frameworks, data sources and methodology that produce AI-Generated Content, and holds responsibility for that process as a whole. No individual at the Company forms or expresses a personal view or opinion on any company, sector or market, and no output is reviewed, verified or approved on a case-by-case basis before publication, except where the Platform expressly states otherwise for a specific feature.

1.3 The Company is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an investment adviser, research analyst, stock broker or portfolio manager, or with the Reserve Bank of India in any capacity, and AI-Generated Content contains no recommendation, price target, trading call or advice of any kind (Clauses 4.8 and 4.10 of the General Terms and Conditions). AI-Generated Content is identified as such where it appears on the Platform.

2. Known Limitations

2.1 AI-Generated Content is produced by large language models reading Market information, and is subject to the following limitations:

  • It can state something false, outdated or invented, in a confident tone. Verify any factual claim before relying on it.
  • It reflects the information available when generated and may already be out of date by the time you read it.
  • Its accuracy is limited by the accuracy of the third-party data it reads; figures shown are real-time or delayed as labelled on the Platform, are to be treated as delayed where no label appears, and are not official or reconciled values.
  • It is the mechanical output of a statistical model, not a professional’s judgment.
  • Machine translation can lose nuance or numerical precision; where a translation conflicts with the cited source, the source governs.
  • The Platform reads only a subset of available information; absence of something from the Platform does not mean it does not exist or matter.

3. How to Use It, and Reporting a Problem

3.1 Treat every output as a starting point for your own work, not a conclusion. In particular, you should:

  • verify any factual, numerical or price-related claim against a primary source before relying on it;
  • read the cited sources rather than the summary alone, wherever a decision matters to you; and
  • consider consulting an appropriately registered or licensed professional.

If any output reads as though it is telling you what to do, that is a defect, not something we intend, and you should report it as set out below.

3.2 What the Platform will decline. If you ask for a buy, sell or hold recommendation, a price target, a stop-loss or trading call, an opinion on whether to subscribe to a public offer, a model portfolio, or an answer that takes account of your personal circumstances, the Platform is designed to decline that request and to offer instead the underlying data, the cited record and, where relevant, a computation on assumptions you supply (Clause 4.10 of the General Terms and Conditions). A response of that kind is the Platform working as designed, not a malfunction.

3.3 Reporting a problem. Report AI-Generated Content that appears incorrect, invented, misleading, or phrased as though it is telling you what to do, to [email protected]. You may also use the grievance channel in Clause 20 of the General Terms and Conditions. We will acknowledge your report within twenty-four (24) hours and, where the concern is made out, correct, annotate or withdraw the output within fifteen (15) days, as provided in the General Terms and Conditions.

4. Your Inputs

4.1 Questions you submit to AI Research Chat are processed to generate your answer, retained by the Company, and used to improve and train the models and systems that produce Platform Content only on an aggregated or de-identified basis or otherwise with your consent, as described in the Privacy Policy, which also explains how to opt out. You never need to share personal or financial details to use AI Research Chat, and you should not submit information about another person, account credentials, or any government identifier. Where you choose to type a figure of your own — an amount, a time horizon, a holding — it is used only as an input to the computation you have asked for, is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and does not cause the Platform to assess your circumstances or form any view about you. The Platform will not accept a risk label as an input and will not construct an allocation for you.

5. Relationship to the General Terms and Conditions, and Updates

5.1 This Disclosure supplements the General Terms and Conditions, which apply in full to AI-Generated Content and prevail in the event of any conflict. It will be updated as the Platform’s systems and features change, and republished with a revised effective date. A change that is material and adverse to you takes effect in accordance with Clause 19 of the General Terms and Conditions.
