What you are paying for
A software subscription
Your fee buys a limited licence to access software and educational research content for the billing cycle you pick, and nothing else.
Not an investment
The fee is not a deposit or a contribution to any scheme. It is not held for you, invested on your behalf, or repayable except as the Refund Policy sets out.
No custody, no execution
Kwala never holds your money or assets, places no orders, and connects to no exchange or trading venue. You read the research; nothing else happens.
Billing, renewal and refunds
What exactly am I charged?
₹99 for a month, or ₹990 for a year, in Indian Rupees. The price you see before you confirm is the total amount payable, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax and every other compulsory charge. A GST tax invoice is issued for every payment.
When does my access start?
Immediately on successful payment. There is nothing to install - Kwala Intel is a web app that runs in any modern browser on phone or desktop.
Does it renew on its own?
Yes. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, a paid subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-published fee. We email you before an annual renewal.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings, or by writing to [email protected]. Cancelling stops auto-renewal and takes effect at the end of your current cycle - you keep access until then. There is no lock-in and no cancellation charge.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel a first-time annual subscription within 7 days of starting and we refund it in full. Cancel an annual subscription later and we refund the unused portion pro-rata. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded part-way through a cycle, because you keep full access for the rest of it. We also refund duplicate charges, charges after a valid cancellation, incorrect amounts, and failed activations. Read the full Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What if a renewal payment fails?
We retry and let you know. If it still cannot be collected, the subscription simply does not renew and you move back to the free plan - there is no charge and no penalty either way.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can use Kwala Intel on a free plan without paying anything and without giving us a card. The free plan includes 5 AI research questions a day, which reset at midnight IST. Pro removes that limit and every other limit listed above.
